Farmer’s Porch |
Our large
Vista farmer’s porch is a great vantage point from which to watch the sunrise, ponder on the horses grazing in the pasture, leisurely sip a beverage or curl
up with the newspaper or a good book. (We’ve been known to have unplanned naps here.) The porch is appointed with comfortable old and new wicker, garden implements, and it overlooks the flower
garden, frog pond, and fountains. It is adjacent to the outdoor
patio. |

Patio |
The patio is the perfect spot for viewing the sunrise, the lake and the surrounding countryside. Flower and herb gardens surround the cafe seating and a colorful variety of hummingbirds find it a favorite visiting
spot. It is a large and relaxing area, covered with
a stationary awning for 'rain or shine' use. It is used for guest
breakfasts and large group parties.
We have found that some guests are tempted to sample the herbs and we have even found gardeners
at heart weeding the flower garden! We love it when guests make themselves at home!
